What is KLOXA
What you entered once
is already waiting everywhere.
Bookkeeping in software registered with the Israel Tax Authority, a calendar, customers, employees and payroll - in one system. Alongside them, inventory, forms and messages to customers. What you entered once is already waiting for you everywhere.

One studio, one week
The next action starts
where the last one ended.
Every task can be done in a separate piece of software. KLOXA was built so you don't have to connect them yourself. An appointment booked in the calendar already shows on the customer card, in the document and in the reports. Nothing gets typed twice.
Today's payment came in.
The invoice already went out.
Bookkeeping is the foundation everything else is built on, not an add-on at the end. Every appointment, every sale and every payment already knows how to become a document, without typing the same transaction a second time.
Documents and invoices
The old notebook is closing.
Your customers move over once.
If you pay for several separate tools today, or for a system that doesn't talk to your bookkeeping, you can move your data and work in one place. Customers, items and documents can be imported, and the move happens once, not bit by bit.
Customers
The next workout is booked.
In the studio's own words.
At a clinic it's a patient and an appointment, at a studio it's a trainee and a workout, at a school it's a student and a lesson. You choose your business type once, and the screens speak like you instead of saying customer for everyone.
Calendar and appointments
A new trainer starts.
Her hours are already counted.
Hours, work schedules and payroll summary - once employees report and you approve, the hours are included in the monthly summary. And when inventory is about to run out, or an employee reaches an entitlement based on seniority, the system alerts you and you decide what to do.
Time and attendance
A bookkeeper and a developer.
Who built the system from the ground up.
KLOXA is led by Efi Revivo, founder and CEO - with three decades in developing systems, software and computer graphics, and for the past decade also a senior bookkeeper. The combination of these fields is why bookkeeping and payroll were built here from the ground up and not as an add-on. The full story, and the certifications, are on the founder page.
The person behind KLOXA
In the system
All your customers in one place.
With everyone's next appointment.
Customers, appointments and documents live in the same system. What gets booked in the calendar already shows next to the customer.
Who it's for
For a business with customers, a calendar and documents.
No matter its size.
A business that works with customers
A clinic, studio, hair salon, learning center, professional office, garage or shop - anywhere with customers who come back.
A business that has outgrown the spreadsheet
That point usually arrives with the second employee, the second branch, or the day you can no longer remember everything.
A business replacing an existing system
If you pay for several separate tools today, or for a system that doesn't talk to your bookkeeping, you can move your data and work in one place.
A business with employees
Work schedules, hours and payroll are connected, so at the end of the month there is far less to gather and retype.
A business that wants to stay with its accountant
The system prepares an organized package for them and sends it. It doesn't try to replace them and doesn't calculate tax in their place.
A large organization or a chain of branches
Hundreds of users, several branches and a head office that sees them all - KLOXA is built for that too. We talk before you start, and set it up right from the beginning.
Why we built it this way
Four choices
that make management simple and connected.
The money is the core, the system speaks your business's language, it spots what needs attention - and your data stays yours. You can export everything to Excel or PDF at any point, without asking us and without any special process. A customer isn't deleted and a document isn't deleted - what goes into the system stays there.

Instead of several programs
Each one
knows all the others.
An appointment booked in the calendar already shows on the customer card, in the document and in the reports. Nothing gets typed twice.
Invoices and receipts
Documents are issued in software registered with the Israel Tax Authority and recorded in bookkeeping. The document comes out of the same system where the transaction is already recorded, without typing it a second time.
Appointment booking
The business's work calendar, and a customer who books on their own from the times you opened. What's booked already sits on their card.
Customer management
One card per customer: history, documents, balance and payments. The conversation with the customer stays on the card too, instead of scattering across phones and messages.
Employees, attendance and payroll
Hours, work schedules and payroll summary. Once employees report and you approve, the hours are included in the monthly summary.
Inventory
How much is left, in which warehouse, and when it's worth reordering. It comes off inventory the moment of the sale.
Forms and signatures
A health declaration, terms or a waiver - sent to the customer, signed from the phone and saved on their card.
Mailings and reminders
Messages and reminders that go out in the business's name, based on what is already recorded in the calendar and on the card.
Do the documents that come out of the system meet Israel Tax Authority requirements?
Yes. Invoices, receipts and price quotes are issued in software registered with the Israel Tax Authority and connected to bookkeeping. You don't need a separate invoicing system alongside it.
I already work with another system. Can I move my data?
Yes. Customers, items and documents can be imported. It's worth going over it together in a short call before you start, so the move happens once and not bit by bit.
Why one system and not the best tool for each area?
When customers, appointments, invoices and hours are in one place, you don't have to copy, complete and compare lists between programs.
Who is behind KLOXA?

What happens to my data if I stop?
It stays yours. You can export everything to Excel or PDF at any point, without asking us and without any special process. We don't delete business data.
