This policy governs billing for a business subscription to KLOXA and cancellation. It is part of the Terms of Use. Our principle is simple: you cancel on your own, from within the system, without contacting anyone - and after cancellation we do not charge you.

The services are operated by KLOXA Ltd., Company No. 517336467 (hereinafter: "KLOXA" or "we"). The same text applies to all the services, and no other text prevails over it.

Prices and billing terms

The scope of the service, the price, the billing cycle and the full billing details are shown before final approval. Prices do not include VAT unless stated otherwise.
A price change to an existing service will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and will apply from the billing period that follows the notice. Anyone who does not agree to the change can cancel before it takes effect.

Billing and renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, until it is cancelled.
A notice will be sent in advance before each renewed charge.
Joining or changing in the middle of a period is charged proportionally, as detailed before approval.
A saved payment method will be replaced or deleted at the business owner's request, at any time.

Changing the scope of the service

An expansion of the service takes effect immediately, and the proportional charge is made according to the days remaining in the period, as detailed before approval.
A reduction of the service takes effect at the end of the paid period. The information already created is kept.

Cancellation

The business owner can cancel the subscription at any time, from within the system, without contacting anyone.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Until then the service continues to operate as usual, and afterwards no further charge will be made.
You can renew the subscription again at any time.

Refunds

Payment for a period that has already begun is not refunded, even if the service was not fully used, unless the law requires otherwise.
To the extent that the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, applies to the engagement, the cancellation rights it provides will apply, under the conditions and by the deadlines set out in it.
A charge made by mistake on our part will be refunded in full.
In the case of a material fault originating with us that prevented use of the service for a prolonged period, we will consider each request for a credit separately.

Payment not received

If a charge fails, we will notify you and allow a grace period to update the payment method, during which the service continues to operate.
If payment is not settled at the end of the grace period, access will be limited until it is settled, and the data will be kept.
An unpaid debt remains payable, and we may act to collect it as permitted by law.

What happens to the data

Cancellation or non-payment do not delete the business data. We do not delete business data automatically.
You can export the data at any stage, including after the subscription ends.
Deletion of the data is carried out at the request of the business, under the Data Processing Agreement and subject to retention obligations under law.

Payments between a business and its customers

KLOXA is not a party to transactions between a business and its customers. Cancellation of a transaction, a refund or a complaint about a business's product or service - is handled with the business only. A business that collects recurring payment from its customers through KLOXA is required to allow them simple cancellation and to give them notice before each charge, as required by law.
