KLOXA · Payroll and pay slips
Payroll is gathered all month.
At the end, you just close.
Hours, advances and bonuses are collected throughout the month, each in its own month. At the end you review and close, the hours are locked, and whoever prepares payroll gets exactly what you closed.

One month, from the start
From the first hour of the month
to the pay slip in her hands.
This is how one month goes for one assistant at a dental clinic - and how much work is saved at the end.
The month started.
The hours are already being gathered.
Lilach clocks in, and her hours are gathered from day one - regular, overtime, Shabbat and holiday, each separately. No one has to count them at the end of the month.
Time and attendance and scheduling
She asked for an advance.
No one has to remember it.
You record the advance and choose the number of payments, and the system shows each payment in the month set for it. That way you see what has already been deducted.
Employee management
The bonus is calculated by the rule you set.
Based on the hours you approved.
You set once how the bonus is calculated, and after you approve the hours the system calculates it every month. If hours are missing, or if an employee's hourly pay falls below that month's minimum wage, an alert appears for review.
Reports and analysis
You review, close and send.
Whoever prepares payroll already has it.
Each employee in one row - hours, additions, deductions, advances and bonuses. You close the month, and the payroll and hours summary goes into your accountant's monthly package, together with the documents and expenses. And if someone else prepares payroll, the summary reaches them too.
Bookkeeping and accounting
The pay slips came back in one file.
Each employee gets her own.
You upload the file that came back from whoever prepares payroll, and the system suggests a match to each employee by ID number. After you review and save, the pay slip is available to the employee in KLOXA ONE and is also sent to their registered email, password-locked. Anyone who didn't get a pay slip appears on a list.
Employee management
Behind one pay slip
What a payroll accountant checks.
Already checked.
By what was true that month
Pay and minimum wage, including for teens by age, according to what applied that month - not according to today.
Hours you copy without mistakes
Hours come as 8.50 and not 8:30, so whoever types them in doesn't have to convert minutes.
Recuperation pay isn't forgotten
You get a reminder, and choose whether to pay it this month in payroll or whether it was already handled separately.
Salaries stay private
A record is kept that pay was changed, without writing the amount in it.
Someone who left isn't forgotten
An employee who stopped working last month stays on the list until you finish closing everything with them.
One approval at login
You approve from your phone once and work continuously. A hidden amount is revealed only with an additional approval.
From the hour to the pay slip
Everything that goes into payroll.
In one place.
For every employee and every month, according to what was true that month.

How does this work with whoever prepares my payroll today?
You keep working with them. KLOXA gathers the hours, additions, advances and bonuses for them in a form they can copy as is, and the pay slips they send back are distributed to employees from one file.
How are the pay slips imported?
You upload one file, and the system suggests a match to each employee by ID number. Before you save, you check who was matched, who wasn't and who didn't get a pay slip at all - and you can skip or upload a corrected pay slip.
What happens if I made a mistake after closing a month?
Only someone you authorized can reopen a closed month, and who did it and when is recorded. And a pay change for a previous month is possible until the 15th of the following month, as long as the pay slip hasn't arrived.
Who can see salaries?
Only whoever you decide. A shift manager can run scheduling, the calendar and customers without seeing how much anyone earns.
The end of the month
isn't a whole evening anymore.
