Leisure and attractions
Every round in order.
Every group ready for the experience.
The time, the number of participants, the payment and the participation waiver - all ready before the group arrives.
Sign-up opens soon · All rooms and lanes in one view

One venue, one day
From the empty room in the morning
to the guide who leaves at night.
A calendar only shows that the hour is taken. KLOXA also shows who's coming, how many they are, what was paid and who already signed.
All of the day's rounds.
Without typing a single hour.
You define the round length, the gap and the operating hours, and the system creates the day's rounds according to the setting.
Calendar and appointments
Every booking shows how many are coming.
The number changed? You update it.
Every booking shows how many are coming and what was ordered. The number changed? You update it, and everything else stays in the same booking.
Customers
Every participant signs from the phone.
For a child, the parent signs.
Each participant gets a link and signs from the phone, and for a child the parent signs. You can require a signature before the booking is closed.
Digital forms
The deposit came in.
The receipt already went out.
The deposit came in - the receipt goes out. The balance is paid on arrival, and you always see what was paid and what's left.
Documents and invoices
The guide left.
The hours were already saved.
They see only what they need, and when they finish, access closes. Their shifts and hours are saved.
Time and attendance and scheduling
In the system
A day full of rounds,
in one picture.
You set once how long a round lasts and how much time you need between groups - and all of the day's rounds are ready.
The group, the money and the signature
Before the group arrives.
It's already clear what's still missing.
All rooms and lanes in front of you
A room, arena, lane or station - each with its own hours, color and number of spots, and all shown side by side.
You know before a group is too big
Six in one room, twelve in an arena. A group bigger than the space gets an alert before you close the booking - and you decide.
Setup time between one group and the next
You set once how long it takes to reset, and the room isn't sold while it's still being reset.
How far ahead you can book
For each activity you set how far in advance it can be booked, and how far ahead. A birthday closes a month ahead, a spontaneous group - that same morning.
A returning group
A school, company or family that comes back - you see right away when they were here, in which room and what was agreed last time.
A punch card for those who come again
A customer who bought several entries in advance? Marking attendance deducts one entry from the balance, and you see how many are left.
Early cancellation - no charge
Up to the date you set - cancel without paying. For you it's a week ahead, for someone else two days.
Late cancellation - a cancellation fee
A percentage of the amount or a fixed amount - whatever you set.
Last-minute cancellation - full charge
Too close to the date - they pay it all.
No-show
It has its own rule, different from a cancellation they notified you about.
The same terms in the participation waiver
The customer signs exactly what you set. There aren't two versions.
The agreed terms are kept
Changed the rules? They apply only to new bookings.
Whoever receives the group doesn't see the finances
You decide who sees what. Someone who arranges shifts doesn't see salaries.
Hours that feed payroll
Last week's schedule is duplicated in one click. After employees report and you approve, the system sorts the hours into regular, overtime, Saturday and holiday. Forgot to clock in? You see it right away.
Who canceled the group
Every change to a booking is written in a clear sentence - who, what and when - and it can't be changed or deleted.
Sensitive information opens only after approval
Sensitive information opens only with approval from the phone, like approving a bank transfer.

Every round is ready before the door opens
From the first booking.
To the last group.
Rounds and rooms
One day, many rounds, and an hour that's taken isn't offered again.
Participation waiver
Signed from the phone, before the group arrives.
Payments and documents
Deposit, balance and invoice - in the same booking.
Guides and shifts
Who worked over the weekend, how many hours, and what you pay at the end of the month.
I sell hour-long rounds all day. Do I have to enter each one separately?
No. You set once how long a round lasts, how much time is between groups and what the operating hours are. The system creates the rounds according to the setting, and an hour that's taken isn't offered again.
How do I keep a group from showing up without a signed participation waiver?
Each participant gets a link and signs from the phone, and for a child the parent signs. You can require a signature before the booking is closed - so you don't find out only at the entrance.
The number of participants changes until the last minute. Can I update it?
Yes, you update it up to the date. If the group grows beyond the space, you get an alert before you close the booking - and you decide.
I have several rooms or lanes. Can I see them all together?
Yes. All the rooms, arenas and lanes appear side by side, each in its own color. You see right away what's free and what's taken.
I need time to reset the room between one group and the next. Is that possible?
Yes. You set once how long the reset takes, and the room isn't offered during that time. You don't have to think about it in every booking.
Can the customer book from the phone?
Yes. After you define the activities, times and reminder rules, the customer sees what's open and books from the phone. The booking goes into the calendar and the reminder is sent at the time you set.
Can I move rounds and future bookings over from another system?
You start with the customers, the rounds already sold and the bookings that haven't happened yet. Before the move, we check how to keep each group's number of participants, deposit and signatures.
Your words
An escape room says room.
A bowling alley says lane.
In an escape room, on a track or in a game center, you need to connect a time, a group, a capacity limit and setup time before the next round. You define the types of venues and activities according to your place.
- Escape roomactivity · room
- Laser tagactivity · hall
- Paintballactivity · field
- Trampoline parkactivity · hall
- Bowlingactivity · lane
- Kartingactivity · track
- Amusement parkactivity
- Game roomactivity · station
- Otheractivity
