The services are operated by KLOXA Ltd., Company No. 517336467 (hereinafter: "KLOXA" or "we"). The same text applies to all the services, and no other text prevails over it.

Level of accessibility

The services are built with the aim of meeting the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and in accordance with the guidelines of Israeli Standard SI 5568 at level AA.

This statement refers to our interface - the screens and the flows for using them, such as filling in a form, viewing a document or working in the management system. Content that a business entered, such as the wording of a form, a document, a business page or files attached to them, is the responsibility of the business.

Accessibility adjustments made

An orderly page structure with headings and regions, to support screen readers.
Every field has a permanent label, and error messages are stated in words and not by color alone.
The main actions - such as filling in a form or approving a document - can be navigated and completed by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
Color contrast between text and background is adjusted, in both light and dark display, and the management system also offers a high-contrast accessibility mode.
Adaptation to a variety of screens and sizes, including text enlargement.
Definition of the page language and direction (Hebrew right to left, English left to right).
Reduced animation in line with the user's operating system preference.

Accessibility toolbar

The kloxa.io website and the public pages on kloxa.one include an accessibility toolbar (a round button in the corner of the screen) that allows you to personalize the display: increasing and decreasing text size and zoom, high contrast, black-and-yellow mode, color inversion, sepia, monochrome, link highlighting, heading highlighting, a readable font, stopping animations, a large or black cursor and a reading bar. Preferences are saved in the browser for future visits.

Known accessibility limitations

Despite our efforts to make all interface components accessible, there may be parts that have not yet been made fully accessible, for example charts, graphical reports or complex components in the management system. We are working on continuous improvement and update from time to time.
Content that a business entered is not under our control. If the wording of a form, the content of a document or a file attached to them is not accessible, you can contact the business that sent the link, and also us.
Third-party components, such as the Cloudflare security check or embedded content, are not fully under our control.
