This is how one project moves through an interior design studio. Every file is found in a second, because it's kept with whoever it belongs to.

You upload the contract and choose the Oren family. It's saved in their folder and also opens from the customer card - the same file, no duplicate copies.

You email the contractor a personal link, and it's valid for 48 hours from the moment he opens it. Never opened it at all? The link closes on the date you set.

A sensitive document opens only after extra verification, even for someone allowed to see it. The viewer's name and the time appear on the image - so a screenshot that leaks says where it came from.

You set an expiry date on a document, and whatever expires in the coming month shows up in front of you. Upload a new certificate and it replaces the old one - no four versions in the same folder.

Only someone you've given permission to, and only after extra verification. And it's recorded - who and when.
How much space do I get?
You can add storage as needed. Files from chats count toward it too.
I have years of files. Do I have to upload everything?
No. You start from now, and an old file goes up when you need it anyway. The folders fill up as you work.
