One salon, one day

From the empty chairs in the morning
to closing time at night.

An appointment is more than a time slot. KLOXA also remembers which chair, how long the prep takes, what the customer likes and what you did for her last time.

Mark that the customer arrived. If she bought a punch card, one use is deducted from the balance. The hairdresser taps her and sees what was done last time, the color number and the allergy - before she even sits down.

In the system

A place for every treatment.
Time for every customer.

An appointment is booked only when there's a free chair, a free staff member and time to clean up after.

The regular customer, without relying on memory

The color from last time.
Ready before she sits down.

  • All the chairs and rooms in front of you

Each chair or room has its own hours, and you see them all side by side - what's taken and what's free.

  • Double booking is prevented, proper overlap stays possible

A regular appointment is never booked twice. When there's a waiting stage, like color processing time, you define when the staff member or chair can take another customer.

  • Time to reset between customers

Color needs prep, and after a treatment you need to tidy up. That time is held in the calendar, even when you move the appointment.

  • What we did last time

What was done, when and with whom - all on the card. Even when whoever treated her isn't on shift today, the answer takes a second.

  • The color number, the allergy, what not to repeat

Record on the card whatever matters to remember at your business - color number, nail length, blade number, allergy. What's especially important pops up first.

  • A balance for whoever bought a punch card

Marking arrival deducts one use from the balance, and you see right away how many treatments are left and until when.

  • A monthly membership billed on a schedule you set up

A regular haircut, facial or massage every month? Sell a membership, and payment is collected by direct debit on the cycle you set.

  • A reminder before the appointment, and a no-show rule

The customer gets a reminder before the appointment, and the cancellation rules are known in advance. Someone who doesn't show up and doesn't call - you know what to do, with no argument.

  • Whoever didn't come back is flagged

A customer who hasn't been in for 90 days is marked with a color. You can start a conversation with them from the card in time, not at the end of the month.

Calendar, customers, receipts and inventory

The customer feels you remembered.
KLOXA really remembered.

The appointment, what the customer likes, the purchases and the receipt - connected, from the booking to the next visit.

Before you start

Questions
that come up.

Contact us
Can I manage several stations, rooms and staff in one calendar?

Yes. All the chairs and rooms appear side by side. A regular appointment won't take a spot or a staff member that's already busy, and for a treatment with waiting time you can define controlled overlap and offer a suitable time to a customer from the waitlist too.

Color needs prep time, a haircut doesn't. Can I set that?

Yes. For each service you set how long it takes, and how much time is needed to prep before it and tidy up after. The calendar keeps the times you set even when you move the appointment.

How do we remember what we did for a customer last time?

It's all written on their card - the color number, the blade number and what not to repeat. The key detail appears before the treatment starts, even when whoever treated them last time isn't on shift.

Can I give whoever's at reception access without letting them see payroll?

Yes. You decide who sees what. Whoever's at reception can work with the calendar and customers without seeing finances and payroll.

Do I need a separate system for product inventory?

No. You add the product to the receipt, and once the sale is confirmed the quantity is deducted from inventory. You see how much is in the storeroom and at each station, and get an alert before it runs out.

I have customers who come every month like clockwork. Can I bill them on a schedule?

Yes. You sell them a membership - weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly - and payment is collected by direct debit on the cycle you set, with a receipt every time. Raised your prices? Whoever already bought keeps the price you agreed on.

Can the customer book an appointment from her phone?

Yes. From a link in the browser, or from the KLOXA ONE app - where she also sees her next appointment, what she signed and how much she has left on her membership. The appointment lands in your calendar ready.

What happens when a staff member leaves?

With one click they come off the calendar going forward. Everything that was there is kept: the services they gave, their hours, the documents and which customers they treated.

A hair salon says chair.
A cosmetician says room.

A hair salon works with chairs, a beauty clinic with rooms, and a studio with stations. Pick the spaces, treatments and staff names that fit your workday.
