Fitness and sports
More time for training.
Less manual tracking.
The trainer marks who came. For a member who bought a punch card, one use comes off the balance, and you see how many are left and until when.
Sign-up opens soon · If you have existing punch cards and memberships, they come over with their balances · Your data leaves with you, at any stage

One gym, one day
From the empty bags at dawn
to the trainers' hours in the evening.
An attendance list tells you who came. In KLOXA you also see in the same place how many spots are left in the workout, and for someone who bought a punch card, the balance updates too.
Before the door opens.
All the workouts are already on the screen.
All of today's workouts are already on one screen - which hall, who the trainer is and how many spots are left. A trainer is never booked for two workouts at the same hour.
Calendar and appointments
The trainer glances at the phone.
Attendance is already sorted.
You mark who came. For a member who bought a punch card, one use comes off the balance. A membership about to run out or a declaration that wasn't signed - you see it before the workout.
Attendance and work schedule
Back from a trip.
The freeze is known in advance.
How many days you can freeze, how far ahead cancellation must be announced and what the commitment is - all known in advance, no arguments at the counter.
Customers
The class begins.
Who doesn't fit, you see in advance.
A group for a certain age or women only? Whoever doesn't fit is flagged before saving, and the decision whether to register them stays with you. And you can require a signed health declaration before they join.
Calendar and appointments
In the system
Every group.
With its own spots and participants.
How many spots there are, who can join, and who actually came.
Attendance, purchases and trainer hours
You mark who came.
The information stays connected.
A balance for those who bought a punch card
Marking an arrival deducts one use from the balance. Undoing a mistaken mark gives it back.
What was agreed at purchase is kept
Raised your price? Whoever already bought continues on what you agreed.
Easily identify the punch card
Each punch card has its own number, so even when a member bought several - it's clear which one you're talking about.
An expiration that doesn't slip by
You see until when each punch card is valid. A membership that ended is flagged, and no one quietly keeps training on it.
You know how many workouts are available to use
Workouts that were booked, used and canceled are already accounted for. No counting in a notebook.
You can check every use of a punch card
In which workout a use was deducted, who marked it and when. You have an answer even two months later.
Set it once, and the payment recurs
Weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly - payment is charged by direct debit on the cycle you set, from the member or from the parent.
A membership that renews or stops
If you set renewal, the membership renews on the date you chose; otherwise it ends on the date you entered. No one keeps training on a membership that ended two months ago.
Who hasn't paid yet, without searching
You see who still owes, at the top of the list. You deal with it in time, and don't discover at the end of the month that a payment didn't come in.
A number of spots that fits each session
You set how many spots a workout has, and you can change it for a group or a specific session. The workout doesn't fill beyond its spots.
Who's registered, and who came
Each session has its own list. You mark who came, and for someone who bought a punch card the balance updates. A full session gets a waitlist.
A group that repeats every week
A fixed day, time, hall and trainer - you set it once and see all the dates in advance. A change applies only from that point on.
Before the first workout - a health declaration
The new member receives a link, fills in and signs from the phone, and the declaration is already on their card before they step onto the mat.
At the counter - selling a membership and the receipt in one breath
The membership goes onto the card, and the receipt goes out right away in the name of whoever pays - the member or the parent. Nothing is left for the evening.
At the end of the month - trainer hours and accounting
The trainers' hours are already ready for payroll, and your accountant gets everything organized in one package.
Groups, trainers, purchases and receipts
You mark the arrival.
Everything else already moves.
The attendance, the group's spots and what the member bought stay connected. A punch card balance updates only for someone who bought one.

How do I know how many workouts are left on a punch card?
For a member who bought a punch card, the card shows how many workouts are left and until when. You also see in which workout a use was deducted, and undoing a mistaken mark returns it to the balance.
I raised my price. What happens to those who already bought?
Whoever already bought continues on what you agreed. The new price applies only to those who buy from today.
Can I run a group workout with a limited number of spots?
Yes. You set how many spots there are, and when the session is full you open a waitlist. If the hall is about to fill beyond its spots - you get an alert, and you decide.
Some groups I want to open only to a certain age. Can I?
Yes. You set an age range or gender for the group. After a date of birth is entered, the system calculates the age and compares it to the range you set. Whoever doesn't fit is flagged before saving, so the person registering doesn't miss it, and the decision whether to register them stays with you. A customer who registers on their own can't register for a group that doesn't fit them.
I teach both personal workouts and groups. Is it the same calendar?
The exact same calendar. Personal workouts and groups appear side by side, and you won't be booked for a group at the same hour you have a personal workout.
I coach kids' groups, and the parents are the ones who pay. How does that work?
Attendance is recorded on the child, and if a punch card was bought for them, the balance is kept with them too. Billing and receipts go out in the parent's name. A parent with several kids in several groups - everything is clear and doesn't get mixed up, and you can set a payment cap.
Can I set up monthly billing for a membership?
Yes. Weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly - payment is charged by direct debit on the cycle you set. The membership renews by the rules you defined or ends on the date you set, and you see who hasn't paid yet.
A member is traveling for a month and asks to freeze the membership. Can they?
If you set this membership as freezable - yes, for up to the number of days you set. The cancellation and refund rules are also known in advance, so the answer is ready before they ask.
Can the member see from their phone how many they have left?
Yes, in the KLOXA ONE app. They see how many they have left, when the next workout is and what they signed - and from there they also book the next one. "How many do I have left?" stops reaching you as messages.
I have open punch cards today. What comes over with them?
You move the members together with the balance of each punch card. Someone with four workouts left continues from four, and the memberships and freezes are checked separately before the move.
