How to request deletion of information stored at KLOXA, and what happens after the request.

In case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version is the binding one.

You can request at any time to delete information stored about you in any of the KLOXA services, including information that reached us through Facebook or WhatsApp. The request is submitted in the deletion request form. This page is part of the Privacy Policy.

Gave information to a business? You can contact it directly

Information you gave a business through a form, a signature or by leaving details belongs to the business, and it can handle the request directly. If you did not receive a response, or you do not know which business to contact, fill in the deletion request form.

How to request from us

  • Fill in the deletion request form.
  • A phone number is mandatory: we will call you to verify your identity before we delete anything. A request without a call-back phone number will not be handled.
  • You can add an email address, the name of the business to which the information was given and what you would like us to delete.
  • A business owner who wants to delete the data of the entire business - first exports what is needed, and then submits a request.

What is deleted

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number and sign-in details.
  • Details and answers you gave, files you attached and signatures.
  • Information that reached us through Facebook or WhatsApp, including the phone number and the messages.
  • A business owner can also remove a phone number from WhatsApp document intake on their own, from within the system, at any moment.
  • A draft stored in the browser is deleted by clearing the browser data - it never reached us.

Connected a Facebook page? You can delete through Facebook too

If a Facebook page was connected to KLOXA, deletion can be handled directly through Facebook, without filling in the form:

  • Removing the KLOXA app in Facebook settings (Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations) immediately disconnects the connection and deletes the page access token. From that moment no new inquiries are received.
  • A data deletion request sent through Facebook additionally deletes the Facebook identifier of the person who connected the page. The request is handled immediately on receipt, and Facebook displays a confirmation code and a link to check the status of the request.
  • The business owner can also disconnect the page from within the system, at any moment, with the same result.
  • The page name and page identifier are kept in the business's connection history as part of the audit record, without any access details.
  • Inquiries already received from ad forms belong to the business that published the ad. To delete them, contact the business, or fill in the deletion request form.

Connected a mailbox (Gmail / Outlook)? You can disconnect and delete

If a mailbox was connected to KLOXA, you can handle it directly, without filling in the form:

  • Disconnecting the mailbox from within the system revokes the access at Google or Microsoft and deletes the access tokens immediately. From that moment no more messages are read.
  • You can also remove KLOXA in your Google account settings (Security, Third-party apps and services) or in your Microsoft account.
  • Documents already pulled from the mailbox are records of the business, and they are deleted on request through the deletion request form.

What is kept nonetheless

  • Documents and records that must be kept under law, for example accounting documents or a signed form required as evidence, are kept only for the period set by law, and are not used for any other purpose.
  • A record of changes to data, as part of the audit requirement, and a record that the request was received and handled.
  • Backup copies are deleted when the backup cycle ends.

How long it takes

We will handle the request within 30 days from the day we verified it, and will update you when the deletion is complete.
