Pets and animals
They bring in a member of the family.
And you already remember the name.
The name, what happened last time and what you must not forget - already in front of you. And owners feel their family member is in good hands.
Sign-up opens soon · A place for name, breed and sensitivities

One clinic, one day
From the form signed in advance
to the shelf that fills up again.
A regular customer card knows only the owner. In KLOXA, the dog or cat gets a place of its own too - with its history, sensitivities and consents.
The form was signed in advance.
The dog is already inside.
You can set an appointment to be confirmed only after the form is signed. No need to remember to ask at the door.
Digital forms
Every visit is saved.
Even six months later.
Every visit is saved - what was done, when and who treated. Even six months later, and even if a different groomer sees the dog today.
Customers
A family that comes with more than one.
One receipt, in the owner's name.
Each one has its own history, and one receipt goes out, in the owner's name.
Customers
What's on the shelf.
What's about to expire.
You know how much you have of every item, and you get an alert before it runs out. When you add a product to the receipt and confirm the sale, the quantity is deducted from inventory.
Inventory and warehouses
In the system
What comes back.
Visits and series.
Weekly training, regular grooming, boarding days or walks - they come back again and again, and you set them once.
The regular customer, without relying on memory
Every visit adds
to the pet's history.
What matters to you to record
Name, breed, weight, chip number, vaccine date and sensitivities - everything you need. And sensitive information can be kept locked.
Find an answer in a second
Who needs a vaccine next month, who has a sensitivity, and who hasn't been here in a year - an answer in one click, not a search through pages.
See who didn't come back
Anyone who hasn't come in 90 days is marked with a color. You start a conversation with the owner from the card, in time, and not half a year after they stopped coming.
Medical notes in their own place
The medical note doesn't get mixed up with "bites at the door" or "arrives by shuttle". And whatever matters most pops up first.
Sensitive information opens only for whoever you choose
A sensitive document opens only for whoever you choose, and only with approval from the phone - like approving a bank transfer.
Every change stays on record
Who did what, and when - written in a clear sentence, and it can't be changed or deleted.
Send the owner a personal link
A link that opens on the phone, with nothing to install and no sign-up. It expires after a while, and you can cancel it right away.
The owner signs from the phone
They sign by typing their name. The signature is saved locked along with the form.
Exactly what was signed is saved
Changed the wording of the form? What was already signed stays exactly as it was.
All the visits are set at once
Days, time, room and groomer - and you see all the dates before anything is set.
A change from here on
Moving a time or canceling changes only what is still ahead of you. Visits that already happened stay as they were.
A punch card, for those who sell days or walks in advance
You see how much is left and until when, and each punch card has a number - so it's easy to talk about with the owner.
A balance that updates when you mark attendance
For someone who bought a punch card, marking attendance deducts one use from the balance. Canceling a wrong mark restores it.
What was agreed at purchase is kept
Raised a price? Whoever already bought continues at what you agreed.
A reminder before the date
A vaccine or periodic treatment - the reminder goes out to the owner beforehand, through the channel you chose.
The next treatment comes with a reminder
A vaccine, deworming or haircut that comes back every so often - the reminder goes out to the customer on time, without you going over a list.
Who hasn't come in a while
A regular customer who disappears stands out in the list. The conversation happens before they take the dog somewhere else.
A punch card that shows how much is left
When ten grooming sessions or five treatments are sold in advance, every use is recorded and the balance stays clear. When little is left - you know.
The receipt goes out and they're already on their way
At the end of the treatment, from the phone, in the name of whoever pays - and not in the evening when you close the day.
The owner, the pet, the history and the payment
The customer feels you remembered.
KLOXA really did.
The owner, the pet, the history and the payment - in one place, even when time passes between one visit and the next.
- Breed, chip, weight, vaccine and sensitivities
- Search by anything you recorded
- A family with several pets - all connected
- A sensitivity or instruction for the pet appears before the visit starts
- Photos and approvals saved with each one
- All of today's rooms on one screen
- Each service has its own duration, and a time for cleaning and setup that the calendar holds
- Regular visits are set once, and you see all the dates in advance
- A change in a series of treatments or training applies going forward and keeps the history
- A reminder sent to the owner before the appointment
- You know how much you have of every item, and you get an alert before it runs out
- Batch number and expiration date for every shipment
- Confirm the sale and the quantity is deducted from inventory
- What moved between warehouses is recorded - who, what and how much
- The treatment and products go onto the owner's bill
- The owner sees the receipt in the conversation with the business right after payment
- The receipt goes out in the owner's name, even when three from the family were treated on the same day
- A canceled receipt stays with the owner and the pet it belongs to
- Treatments, sales and documents close together at the end of the month
- From the signature in advance to the shelf that fills up again - connected
The owner and the pet stay connected correctly
From the first visit.
To the reminder for the next vaccine.
The owner, and the one being treated
Who pays, who is treated, and what's important to remember.
Treatment calendar
A single treatment or regular visits, by room and by groomer.
Food and medication inventory
What's on the shelf, and what's about to expire.
Receipts and sales
The treatment, the food and the medication - on the same receipt.
Where are breed, chip and sensitivities saved?
On the pet's card - breed, weight, chip, vaccine date and sensitivities, and anything else that matters to you. You can search by them, and keep sensitive information locked.
How do I manage a family that comes with three?
Each one has its own history, vaccines and notes, and the receipt goes out in the owner's name. Nothing gets mixed up.
Can I tell when each one needs a vaccine?
Yes. You see in the list who needs a vaccine and when, and you can set a periodic treatment once for all the dates. Owners get a reminder beforehand.
Can the owner sign a consent for treatment in advance?
Yes. You send a link, they read and sign from the phone, and the consent is on the card before they arrive. You can also set the appointment to be confirmed only after a signature.
I run a boarding facility or a training school, not a clinic. Is this right for me?
Yes. For boarding you can sell stay days by available space, and weekly training is set once for all the dates. If the business sells a punch card in advance, its balance is kept alongside the consent and the receipt.
I also sell food and medication. Is that in the same system?
Yes. You know how much you have of every item, get an alert before it runs out, and see batch and expiration date. What's sold at the end of the treatment comes off inventory and goes onto the same receipt.
The owner needs food or medication I don't have right now. Can I order it for them?
Yes. You record an order in their name - what they asked for and when they'll come to pick it up, and whether they pay in advance, with a deposit or at pickup. When the goods are ready, they get a message.
Can I move over both the owners and their pets?
Yes. Each owner is saved as a customer, and each dog or cat gets a card of its own with breed, chip, sensitivities and next vaccine. Before the move we check that the connections between them are preserved correctly.
Your words
A vet says treatment.
A dog groomer says grooming.
At a clinic, a grooming salon, a training school or a boarding facility, the one who pays is the owner, but the history belongs to the dog or the cat. You define treatment, grooming, training or stay according to the services and places you have.
- Vettreatment · room
- Dog groomergrooming · station · treatment
- Trainingtraining · field
- Pet boardingstay · unit
- Pet store
- Othertreatment · room
