From the first inquiry
to the returning customer.
A message from a new number is saved as an inquiry, without muddying your customer list and reports. When they close, the same card becomes a customer and the quote becomes an invoice - with nothing to retype.

One inquiry, from the start
From the message sent at night
to the first invoice.
This is how one inquiry goes at an event photographer's. The first message, the quote and the invoice stay together, in one place.
They wrote to her at night.
In the morning the inquiry is already waiting.
A message from an unknown number is saved as a prospect - it doesn't mix with your customers and doesn't change the reports. Write again? It's the same conversation, and an existing customer won't get a duplicate card.
Customers
Someone else answered them.
And picked up exactly where they left off.
Everything that was said is saved, so the studio assistant can continue the conversation. They see the name of whoever answered, without their phone and email.
Customers
They met to get acquainted.
The quote went to the same conversation.
You schedule the meeting right from their card, and it goes into the calendar. After it, the price quote is sent to the conversation that's already open with them - not to an email buried among twenty others.
Calendar and appointments
They said yes.
The same card, now under customers.
With one click prospects become customers, with no retyping. They pay a deposit and get a tax invoice-receipt for it from the quote they approved. The invoices for later payments also come from the same quote, and the shot list they sent is already saved in their file.
Documents and invoices
One message to those who didn't close.
The list is already built.
Choose who to reach out to - those who asked for a quote and didn't close, or those you photographed a year ago - and send one message. And you can always see who received each message.
Reports and analysis
In the system
All the inquiries,
by the stage they're at.
Who's new, who's been answered, who's waiting for a quote and who closed - with the conversation behind each one.
Behind one inquiry
What you'd write on a note.
The conversation already remembers.
A prospect is not a customer
Until they close, they aren't counted in income and reports and don't mix into the customer list.
Wrote again? Same conversation
Whoever writes again continues from the same conversation, and an existing customer doesn't get a duplicate card.
Your team's phone stays private
People who reach out see the name of whoever answered, not their phone and email.
You know which quote the deal came from
Every invoice is tied to the quote it came from.
Files from the conversation - in their file
What they sent in the conversation is saved on their card, separate from the documents.
You know who received every message
Every send is saved with the exact list of who received it.
From the inquiry to the returning customer
The conversation, the quote and the invoice.
On the same card.
Everyone who reached out is recorded once, and stays with the same card even after they buy.
- A message from a new number
- A prospect card
- Stages of your own
- Where they came from
- A form on the landing page
- An intro meeting in the calendar
- A price quote into the conversation
- An invoice from the quote
- Files from the conversation in the file
- Mailing lists by what happened
- Who received each message
- An online store from the catalog
- A digital business card
- An inquiry report by stage
- A prospect who becomes a customer on the same card
I already have a lead management system. Why switch?
Here the prospect becomes a customer on the same card, with the conversation and the quote. From there you continue to an appointment and an invoice without moving lists from place to place.
What happens when a prospect writes again?
The message goes into the same conversation, and their card isn't duplicated. If they were already a customer, it joins their existing card.
What's the difference between a prospect and a customer?
Only the stage they're at. The moment they close they become a customer on the same card, and you can issue them documents and book them an appointment.
Does a form on the landing page also open a card?
Yes. Whoever filled it in lands in the prospect list with what they wrote and where they came from, before you've had a chance to call.
The inquiry and the customer
are the same person.
