KLOXA · Services and products
Define it once.
The whole business already knows.
Services, products, memberships and punch cards - all in one list. You define each item once, and when you sell or book it, inventory, calendar and document update from the same action.

One item, from the start
From the shelf to the end-of-season count.
One shirt, one season.
This is how one season of one shirt looks in a small clothing store - and how much work it saves along the way.
Three sizes, two colors.
One item.
All the sizes and colors sit on the same shirt, without opening six rows.
Inventory and warehouses
Sold at the register.
Inventory already knows.
You scan the barcode and confirm the sale, and the size and color that sold come off inventory. When you take a return and credit the customer, the shirt goes back into inventory.
Documents and invoices
A special price for club members.
On the same shirt.
The club price is set next to the regular price, without opening another item. And you see how much you actually got for the shirt in the last month - so you know what the discounts cost you.
Documents and invoices
A customer saw it on the site in the evening.
Same price, same photos.
The online store shows what's in your catalog, with the photos you uploaded. Change a price once and it updates there too - there's no second list to maintain.
Leads and marketing
You count the shelf at season end.
And trust the result.
Whoever counts doesn't see how many there should be, so they record what's really on the shelf. The difference updates in inventory with one click, and you always see who counted and when.
Inventory and warehouses
In the system
Everything you sell.
In one list.
A service, product, membership and punch card in one place - each with its own price, time and inventory.
Behind every item
Define it once.
And the business works by it.
The calendar knows how long it takes
Including prep and cleanup time, so appointments aren't booked too close together.
Only whoever provides the service
You mark which employees provide each service, and the appointment is booked only with them.
At the hours that suit you
A service offered only in the mornings, for example, won't be booked at any other hour.
A membership for those it fits
A membership for children or seniors is offered only to those who meet the conditions.
What was agreed - stays
Changed a price or terms? Anyone who already bought continues by what you agreed. The change applies only to new sales.
Last-minute cancellation, no argument
You decide in advance whether a late cancellation returns the visit to the punch card or not. Everyone knows the rule up front.
In the same catalog
Everything a business sells.

From a haircut to a spare part, from an annual membership to a digital voucher.

I sell both services and products. Do I need two systems?
No. Services and products sit in the same list, and you can sell them on the same receipt. The product comes off inventory, and the service gets its time in the calendar.
What's the difference between the catalog and inventory?
The catalog is what you sell and for how much. Inventory is how much you have of each product and where. A service isn't counted in inventory, a product is - and both are in the same list.
I changed my cancellation policy. What happens to those who already bought?
Those who already bought continue by the terms that applied on the day they bought. The new policy applies only to what's sold from today.
How do a membership and a punch card actually work?
At the moment of sale, the membership or punch card opens on the customer card, with how much is left and until when. With a punch card, marking an arrival deducts one use from the balance; a membership is billed by the cycle you set. On the card you see what's about to run out.
I have hundreds of items in my old system. How do I move them?
You upload a file, including barcodes and SKUs, and everything goes into place - including the sizes and colors of each item.
Your catalog.
Working for you.
