Hospitality
The evening moves fast. And every shekel is recorded.
You sold - inventory went down. The team worked - the hours were recorded, even after midnight. And at the end of the month, everything is already ready.
Sign-up opens soon · The register, inventory and shifts in the same place

One restaurant, one evening
From the empty bar in the morning
to the end of the night.
An order at the register isn't just a bill that gets closed. KLOXA carries on from there to inventory, suppliers, the team and the end of the month - even on an evening that doesn't stop for a second.
The morning starts at the fridge.
What arrived, and what ran out.
Every ingredient in the walk-in fridge is checked against its date, and the kitchen, the bar and the cold storage each have their own inventory. What sells at the register comes off inventory right away, not at the end-of-week count.
Inventory and warehouses
The invoice is photographed at the door.
The goods are already in inventory.
You photograph the invoice that came with the delivery, and it's recorded in expenses with the amount, the supplier and the date - and the goods go into inventory. No more pile next to the register.
Documents and invoices
The evening goes on.
And everything is recorded.
Whoever stands at the register works within the limits set for them, and whatever changes is recorded.
Permissions and control
The long table is reserved in advance.
Even without a hall of your own.
Whoever answers the phone books a table for a specific time, based on how many people it seats, and in the evening you see at the register what's taken. Even a private evening booked weeks ahead sits there, with a deposit and a signed agreement.
Calendar and appointments
The amounts add up.
No counting twice.
At the end of the evening you see right away whether the amounts add up, and everything is recorded.
Bookkeeping and accounting
In the system
Ingredients and suppliers.
All in one place.
The goods come from many small suppliers and run out fast. Everything in one place, with no piles of paper.
A fast evening, without losing control
What happens behind the register.
Even when you're not there.
An alert before it runs out
You set for each item when to alert, and get the alert in time. Placing the order with the supplier is up to you.
The month's expenses in one place
Suppliers, small purchases and recurring payments - all in the same month. You see how much really went out against how much came in.
A shift that starts in the evening and ends the next day
A shift that runs until 2:00 AM stays one shift and isn't cut at midnight. The hours reach payroll as they are.
Shabbat and holidays separately
The hours split into regular, overtime, Shabbat and holiday, and reach the monthly summary ready.
A weekly schedule you copy
You or the shift manager copy the schedule from the previous week and change only what's different.
A day missing a clock-in or clock-out
It's flagged and waits to be fixed - and isn't discovered on the twenty-eighth of the month.
Each role sees only what it's allowed to
For each role you set what they see. Sensitive information opens only for those allowed, and only after approval from the phone.
Register, inventory, shifts and month-end
The evening is packed.
KLOXA doesn't miss a thing.
The sales, the ingredients, the hours and the invoices are recorded as you work, and arrive together at the end of the month.
- Scan or pick from the screen, no searching mid-sale
- Every payment method, including check details
- Leave an open tab under a name and move on
- What sells comes off inventory right away

- From the sale to the end of the month - connected
Everything that happens in the evening closes together
From the goods that came in.
To the end of the evening.
Does the register issue a valid invoice?
Yes. The invoice goes out from software registered with the Israel Tax Authority, in the same click that closes the bill. The same sale also comes off inventory, and at the end of the month it's already with your accountant, organized.
I take table reservations in advance. Is that supported?
Yes. Each table has its own hours and number of seats, and whoever answers the phone books it for a specific time in the customer's name. Even a private evening booked weeks ahead sits there, with a price quote, a deposit and a signed agreement.
How do invoices from small suppliers come in?
You photograph it with your phone, and it's recorded in expenses with the amount, the supplier and the date. If it's goods, they enter inventory in the same action, and at the end of the month you see all the expenses against the income, without a pile of paper next to the register.
I have a kitchen and a bar with separate inventory. Can I keep them separate?
Yes. Each has its own inventory and its own alert before something runs out. A transfer between them is recorded - who moved it, what and how much.
Is a shift that ends at 2:00 AM recorded correctly?
Yes. It stays one shift and isn't cut at midnight, and the hours split into regular, overtime, Shabbat and holiday. A day without a clock-in or clock-out is flagged before the end of the month, not after.
Can I move the menu, prices and inventory over from my current system?
You check the items, prices, suppliers, warehouses and customers you already have. Before the move we also map add-ons, sizes or special details that matter for working at the register.
Your words
A restaurant says table.
A bakery says only order.
In a restaurant, a cafe and a bar, a sale at the counter affects inventory and the day's close right away. You set up the stations and warehouses to match the way your place really works.
