Every invoice is already in the books.
Even before you opened them.
Every invoice and receipt you issue and every expense you approve is recorded in the books - even if full bookkeeping is still closed for you. The day you open it, the year is already there, and nothing is deleted.

One month, from the start
From the first invoice
to the month closing.
This is how one month goes in the books of a neighborhood bakery - and how much work is saved along the way.
An invoice went out to the kindergarten.
It's already in the books.
You set a monthly charge for the kindergarten, and at the start of the month a tax invoice for the past month is issued. Once issued, it's recorded in the books with the kindergarten's name, so you can also see how much you earn from each customer.
Documents and invoices
The flour invoice arrived.
Already known how much of it is tax-recognized.
For each type of expense it's set how much is recognized for income tax and how much of the VAT you offset, per what was in force on the invoice date. And VAT that can't be offset isn't lost - it goes into the cost of the expense.
Expenses and suppliers
The kindergarten paid only part.
The balance isn't forgotten.
The kindergarten transferred ₪1,500 against an invoice of ₪2,832. You mark how much of the payment closes the invoice, and the rest stays open in the list of who still owes you.
Reports and analysis
End of the month.
Your accountant gets everything in one package.
Once a month the documents, the expenses with their photos, and a summary of pay and hours are sent to her together, and each file arrives in its own month - even if you uploaded it late. And if someone else prepares payroll, the payroll summary goes to them too.
Payroll and pay slips
The month has been reported.
No one will change it by mistake.
After reporting, you lock August, and you can no longer record an invoice, expense or supplier payment in it. A mistake found later is fixed with a new entry and the reason, and nothing is deleted.
Permissions and control
In the system
Every number in the report
opens to the invoice.
Tap an amount in profit and loss and get to the document behind it - with no searching, and with a comparison to the previous period.
Behind a quiet month
What your accountant would check.
Already in order.
The books are full from day one
Documents and expenses are recorded from day one. Open full bookkeeping after a year and you get a whole year, not empty books.
See how much you earn from each customer
The customer or supplier name is recorded from the document itself, so you can see profit and loss for each.
Tax by the rules of that day
How much is tax-recognized and how much VAT you offset is set for each expense type, and a change applies only going forward.
Manual entries without math errors
While you type, you see whether the sides balance, and an unbalanced entry isn't saved.
A correction on the right date
In an open month the correction is recorded on the original date, in a locked month - today, and you see the date before you approve.
Year-end close without surprises
Before closing, you see what's still missing - which months are open and by how much the books don't balance. Books that don't balance don't close.
From the same books
From the monthly report
to year-end close.
Every report is built from what actually happened in the business, and opens down to the document.

Does my accountant need to sign up for the system?
No. The package reaches them by email, with no account and no password. And a record is kept of what was sent, to whom and when.
I only just opened bookkeeping. What about the past months?
They're already there. Every document and expense was recorded from the day you started working, even when full bookkeeping was still closed for you. All that's left is to review them, not to type them in.
They work with Hashavshevet or Rivhit. Will that work?
Yes. The books go out in a file those programs accept. And if something won't go through, the screen says exactly what - before you download the file.
I found a mistake in a month that's already been reported. What do I do?
You record a correction with a reason. It's recorded for today, because a reported month stays locked, and the reason is saved in the books themselves.
Does the system replace my accountant?
No. It records what happened and organizes the material, so your accountant works on review, not on filling in gaps. The person who signs with the authorities is still them.
