KLOXA · Customers
When a customer calls,
the whole business already knows her.
A form she filled out, a photo she sent, a visit you marked and a document you issued all join her card. And a customer who hasn't come back in three months is flagged for you, so you can reach out in time.

One customer, from the start
From the first call
to booking again.
This is how one customer moves through a neighborhood hair salon. Everyone who meets her picks up where the last person left off, because everything is on the same card.
An unknown number rang.
After the call it's already a customer.
Michal calls for the first time, and the hairdresser opens a card for her during the call - and if her phone number already exists, no duplicate card is created. From now on, every form she fills from a link goes straight into it.
Digital forms
The note popped up before the color.
Not after.
The day before the appointment, Michal filled out a declaration, and the hairdresser sees what she wrote at the top of her card: sensitive to ammonia. When the mask is added to the receipt and the sale is confirmed, the quantity is deducted from inventory.
Documents and invoices
She sent a photo of the shade.
The photo is already on her card.
In a conversation with the salon, from the KLOXA app, Michal sends a photo of the shade she wants next time. The photo is saved on her card and not on the hairdresser's phone, next to the receipt she got.
Files and media
She stopped coming.
It stands out without searching.
A customer who hasn't been in for 90 days is marked in gray in the list and on the card. When a regular customer stops coming, you see it in time and start a conversation with her from the card.
Leads and marketing
Michal is back.
Someone else received her, from the same place.
A new hairdresser opens the card and sees what was done last time, what was bought, what she signed and what she sent. When you mark in the calendar that she arrived, the visit is added to the card.
Employee management
In the system
All your customers,
and everything that happened with each one.
When she came, how many times, what she bought and what she owes - and a color that shows you who's in good standing and who disappeared.
Behind one card
What you used to have to remember.
The card already remembers.
The bill goes to whoever pays
Two children are registered separately, and the bill goes to the parent who pays for them - with a payment cap if needed.
The whole family is connected
Parent and child, partners, employer or guardian - linked to each other.
You know who owes, without adding up
Every invoice and every payment instantly updates how much the customer owes, with no summing up debts at the end of the month.
The phone matches the form to the customer
A form filled out from a general link goes into her card by phone number.
What she sent - on her card
A file a customer sends in a conversation with the business is saved on her card, not on anyone's phone.
No two Michals
Before a card is opened, we check that the phone number and ID number don't already exist - even when you upload a list from a file.

I'm switching from another system. Do my customers come with me?
Yes. You export a list from your current system and upload it, even with details that have no ready-made place. Duplicate cards are caught by phone number and ID number during the upload too.
A customer filled out a form from a general link I sent. Where does it go?
If the phone number on the form already belongs to a customer, the form goes into her card. A form with sensitive information is saved locked, and the signature on it is always saved locked.
What happens when I delete a customer?
They move to the archive: removed from the list, their history is kept, and you can bring them back at any time.
Which team members will see customer details?
Whoever you decide. You can give an employee the calendar and customers without opening the finances to them. The ID number is hidden, and opens only with additional verification.
The next time she calls,
you already know her.
