The services are operated by KLOXA Ltd., Company No. 517336467 (hereinafter: "KLOXA" or "we"). The same text applies to all the services, and no other text prevails over it.

The essentials

We store in the browser only what is needed for the services to work and to remember your preferences.
We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. On the KLOXA website (kloxa.io), visits are counted anonymously through Umami, without cookies and without identifying you.
We do not sell or share information from your browser with advertisers.

What is stored

Sign-in - your sign-in details for the system, for signed-in users, so that you do not have to sign in again each time you move between screens.
Preferences - language, light or dark display, and accessibility toolbar preferences. These stay with you and are not sent to us.
Form draft - a form you started filling in and did not submit, so that you do not lose what you wrote. It is stored only on your device and is deleted when the form is submitted. No draft is stored at all for a form marked as sensitive.
Source of arrival - which campaign brought you to a business page, for the duration of the visit only, so that the business knows which advertising worked. It does not identify you.
Security - to block spam and abuse, a short Cloudflare security check may be shown before a form is submitted, and it may store a technical item in the browser for that purpose only.
Technical operation - data the browser needs in order to load the latest version of the service and work properly.
Visit counting - on the KLOXA website (kloxa.io) only, through Umami Cloud: which pages were viewed and from which type of device. The count is made without cookies and without identifying the visitor, and nothing is stored in your browser for this purpose.

How to control this

You can delete the stored data, or block it, in your browser or device settings. Blocking essential data may prevent you from signing in or saving preferences.
Signing out of the system deletes your sign-in details from the browser.
A form draft is deleted when the form is submitted, or when you clear your browser data.

Services a business adds

A business may embed third-party content or links in its page, for example a video, a map or a link to a social network. Moving to another website, or viewing embedded content, is subject to the policy of that third party.

Changes to this policy

If we add a tool that is not essential - for example, usage measurement - we will update this policy beforehand, and will ask for your consent where the law requires it. The binding text is the text published on this page.
