Events
The date is booked today. The night itself, in six months.
From the first call to the end of the event, the quote, contract, deposit and payments are saved on the same booking. Nothing to hunt for.
Sign-up opens soon · The quote, deposit and contract on the same booking

One venue, one night
From the first call
to the last dance.
Holding a date is easy. KLOXA also holds the quote, contract, deposit and staff with it, so when the night comes, everything is ready.
The couple sits with the catalog.
The date is already marked.
The customer is still deciding? Block the date for them, and nobody else takes it in the meantime. The details get settled later.
Appointment calendar
A finger taps the screen.
The price quote is ready.
It comes straight from the date you held, with no retyping. The customer gets a tidy document.
Documents and invoices
A check changes hands at the desk.
The deposit is already logged.
It's recorded on the booking, and the customer gets a receipt from software registered with the Israel Tax Authority, with the amount and payment method.
Documents and invoices
The kitchen is already prepping.
The list knows how many portions.
A caterer, producer or DJ working in someone else's venue gets the same thing: a held date, scheduled staff and every document.
Time and attendance and work schedules
The venue has emptied.
The invoice is on its way.
The invoice sums up the event's payments. By the end of the month, deposits and balances are already sorted by payment date, and every cancellation stays documented on the booking.
Bookkeeping and accounting
In the system
From the price quote
to the final invoice.
At a big event, the money comes in stages. Every stage gets a document, and you always know where you stand.
Six months of prep, one night
What was agreed on the phone.
KLOXA doesn't forget.
All your halls in front of you
A hall, a garden or another space - each with its own hours and capacity, all side by side. You see right away what the business can take.
How far ahead you can book
A wedding is booked six months ahead, a bris a week before. For each type of event, you set the earliest and latest you can book.
A night that ends the next day
An event from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM isn't cut off at midnight - not in the calendar and not in staff hours.
You know before you pass capacity
A booking with more guests than the hall holds is flagged before you close it. You get a warning, and you decide.
A signed contract
The contract and cancellation terms go to the customer by link, and they sign from their phone. If you like, the date closes only after the customer signs.
Payments along the way
Every additional payment is recorded on the same booking. At any moment you see how much was paid, how much is left and when each part came in.
The host doesn't see what the event costs
For each role, you set what they see and what they may change. Whoever builds the shift schedule doesn't see salaries.
A worker for one night
They clock in and out in the app and see only what their role needs. Access closes when they finish, and the hours they worked stay on record.
The night's hours feed into payroll
Hours are split into regular, overtime, Shabbat and holiday. A shift that ends after midnight stays one shift.
Who moved the date
Every change to a booking is saved in a clear sentence: who, what and when. It can't be deleted or altered.
Sensitive information opens only after approval
To see sensitive information, you approve from your phone, like a bank transfer.
Date, contract, payments and staff
The customer feels it's locked.
KLOXA really locks it.
The calendar, contract, payments and staff are tied to the same booking, from the moment the date is held.

Six months of prep come together in one night
From the date held.
To the final invoice.
The calendar and halls
One date, several halls, and staff who need to be there.
Documents and payments
Quote, deposit, payments and invoice - on the same booking.
The contract and terms
The booking terms and cancellation terms - signed before the date closes.
Staff and shifts
Who worked tonight, how many hours, and what you pay at the end of the month.
What does an event booked six months ahead look like?
The date is held in the right hall from the first call, and with it the quote, the signed contract, the deposit and every payment that follows. When the night comes, you open it and see what was agreed, what was paid and what's left.
I don't have my own venue, I'm a caterer or a producer. Is this a fit?
Yes. The same path - held date, quote, deposit, contract and payments - works even when the event is at someone else's place. Instead of the venue, what's saved is the date and the staff.
Can I manage several halls at once?
Yes. Each hall or space has its own hours, capacity and color, and all are shown side by side. You see right away what's free and what's taken.
My cancellation terms change depending on how far ahead it is. Is that supported?
Yes. You set until when someone can cancel without a charge, when they pay a cancellation fee as a percentage or a fixed amount, and when they pay in full. A no-show has its own rule too, and the same terms appear in the contract the customer signs.
What happens when the customer changes the number of portions a week before?
You update the booking, and you immediately see the difference against what was already paid. Every change is saved, so it's always clear who changed what and when.
How do I manage staff who come for just one night?
You or the event manager schedule them for that night. They clock in through the app and see only what their role needs, and when they finish, access closes and their hours continue into payroll.
Can I move customers and future events over from another system?
We go through the customers, the events already closed, the deposits, the contracts and the payments still outstanding. Before the move, we make sure every detail that matters for the night itself has a clear place.
Your words
An event venue says venue.
A caterer says only event.
For a venue, a caterer or a producer, the date is just the start. Joining it are the quote, the contract, the deposit, the guest count and the staff who show up that night.
