7:00 AM to midnight

A working day in your business.
Task after task.

The team starts work, a customer pays, an invoice arrives from the supplier. At every step, the information is already available for the next action.

7:12 AM

The team clocked in.
The hours are already on their way to the pay slip.

The team clocks in from their phones, and after the manager reviews and approves, the system sorts the hours into regular, overtime, Shabbat and holiday. At month end, the approved hours are included in the payroll summary.

The 1st of the month is here.
The invoices are already on their way.

After you set a customer's amount and billing cycle, the system issues the document on each scheduled date. When reporting on a cash basis, the tax invoice is issued according to the payment actually received. The documents are issued in software registered with the Israel Tax Authority, with an allocation number when required.

The picture behind the numbers

From the numbers
to the next step in the business.

Sales can rise while profit stays put. When sales, expenses and team data sit together, you can spot the gap, understand what it means and check what's worth doing.

  1. The sales
What sold and for how much
  2. The expenses
What was paid and what still needs paying
  3. The team
    Work hours and payroll costs
  4. The context
    Income is weighed alongside costs
  5. The meaning
Whether the rise in sales shows up in profit too
  6. The next step
Understand the gap and check what to do

The data appears alongside the areas you work in, with the relevant numbers and details - so you can understand the context while you handle things.

The business at a glance

Money in. Money out.
And what's in between.

How much came in, how much went out and which customers keep coming back - the picture of the business updates as you work. You can see where you stand and make decisions on time, without waiting for month end.

End of the month

The month is closed.
The material for the accountant is in order.

Attendance, payroll data, documents and expenses are gathered in a monthly package for the accountant. The material is already organized, in a format they know - no gathering it again at the end of every month.

How long does it take to get started?

You start with the tools your business needs today, and you can import your existing customer list and add tools as your needs change.

I already have a system. Why switch?

In KLOXA, customers, calendar, documents and team are in one place, with no switching between systems to understand what's happening in the business.

What happens to my data if I leave?

The data stays yours. You can download data and reports from the system to files, and if you want to stop working in the system, your business history stays available for viewing.

Is my business data secure?

Yes. ID numbers, salary data and bank details are stored encrypted, and viewing them requires additional verification beyond logging in. You decide which team members see what, and every action is logged. The full details are on the information security page.

Do I still need an accountant?

Yes. Documents, expenses and team data are gathered in KLOXA, and you can send your accountant the month's material in an organized package. The review and professional responsibility stay with the accountant.

Who helps me when I need support?

We're here, in Hebrew. A person answers the phone and online support, and you can also open a service ticket. If we need to get into your business data to help, it's done only with your approval.

Who builds KLOXA?

Efi Revivo, founder and CEO of KLOXA, is a senior bookkeeper with three decades of experience building systems. He connects an understanding of a business's numbers with developing and designing the tools used every day. His credentials and the full story are on the founder page.
