Attendance is already logged.

Attendance is saved for every lesson. If the student bought a punch card, marking arrival deducts one lesson from the balance. When someone asks in two months who was there - you have the answer.

Terms, payments and who pays for whom

Every session joins
the picture of the whole term.

  • Days, hours and a fixed room

Choose days, hours, room and teacher - and see all the dates before anything is set.

  • No lesson lands on a holiday by mistake

A lesson that falls on a holiday waits for your approval. You won't find out mid-year about a lesson on a day with no school.

  • A change applies from here on

Replacing a teacher, hour or room changes only what's still ahead. The lessons that already happened and their attendance stay as they were.

  • How many spots in each group

You see how many spots are left before approving another enrollee, and when it's full - you open a waitlist.

  • A learner who pays for themselves

A student who enrolls and pays for themselves - everything is under them, with no extra setup.

  • An employer who sent staff to training

The receipt goes out in the company's name, and each employee's attendance is logged under them.

  • A payment cap for whoever pays

Set how much they pay, so the limit is known in advance and doesn't surprise anyone on the invoice.

  • A monthly payment across the term

A course in installments? Payment is collected by direct debit on the cycle you set.

  • You know who belongs to whom

Parent, child, guardian or employer - written on the student's file, not just in the head of whoever answers the phone.

  • A group for a certain age

After you enter the date of birth, the system calculates the age and flags, before saving, anyone outside the range you set. The decision whether to enroll them is yours.

  • No signed form - no enrollment

Course terms for an adult, parental consent for a child - you can require that without a signature, the enrollment doesn't close.

  • In the morning - who's in class and who's teaching

All of today's classes on one screen - who's teaching and how many spots are taken. A teacher can't be scheduled for two lessons at the same hour.

  • At the end of the month - collection and bookkeeping

After you set the payer and the billing cycle, payment is collected on each date you set and you see who hasn't paid yet. The receipt goes out in the payer's name, and the accountant gets everything in one package.

Before you start

Questions
that come up.

Contact us
Can I open a term of twenty sessions in one action?

Yes. You choose days, hours and how many sessions, and see all the dates before you set them. A session that falls on a holiday waits for your approval, and a change applies only from here on - without touching attendance that's already logged.

At my place, whoever pays isn't always whoever studies. How does that work?

Attendance is logged under whoever studies, and the receipt goes to whoever pays. A company that sent three employees gets one receipt in its name, and a parent with two children in two groups sees everything clearly. You can also set, for each payer, how much they pay.

How do I know who attended a session from two months ago?

You open the lesson and see who was enrolled and who came. Even a canceled lesson stays on record, so it's easy to check what took place and what was paid for.

Can I limit a group to a certain age?

Yes. You set an age range, and anyone who doesn't fit by date of birth is flagged before saving, and the decision whether to enroll them is yours. For an all-ages course, you simply don't set one.

Who at my place can see the learners' details?

Only whoever you choose. A teacher sees their groups, and whoever handles enrollments sees the students and receipts. An ID number is stored locked and opens only with approval from the phone, and every opening is logged.

I'm paid in installments across the term. How does that work?

You sell the course as a membership - weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly - and payment is collected by direct debit on the cycle you set. The receipt goes out in the payer's name, and you see who hasn't paid yet.

Can the learner see their sessions from their phone?

Yes, in the KLOXA ONE app. They see when the next lesson is, what they signed and how much they have left, and enroll in open courses from there. Fewer "when's the next lesson?" messages.

Can I move over both the learners and the people who pay for them?

Yes. We map the learners and the paying parents or employers separately, then connect each one to the right term and account before you start working.
