A count with the work divided among the team

What you used to check yourself.
KLOXA already checked.

  • All sizes and colors on the same product

Size, color, model or volume - on one product, each with its own barcode and quantity.

  • You know what it cost and how long it's good

Every item is recorded with its cost, and for food and pastry also with its expiration date.

  • Transfer goods between branches

Move several items together, and both branches update right away. You always see what was moved.

  • The item comes off inventory

You scan at the register, and the quantity drops right away. Whoever is asked a moment later - in the store, on the phone or on the site - sees the right number.

  • The document goes out before the customer does

The receipt goes out with the sale and is linked to the items and the payment. If it's canceled, the original sale and the employee who canceled it stay on record.

  • The right price for every buyer

You sell at the register, and every sale is recorded with the customer and in inventory.

  • At the end of the day, everything is clear

At the end of the day you see what was sold, how they paid and who sold.

  • At the end of the month, it's all in order

Your accountant receives the sales and documents organized, in one place.

Questions
that come up.

Contact us
Does the register work with inventory?

Yes, it's the same system. A sale at the register takes the item off inventory right away, issues an invoice or receipt from software registered with the Israel Tax Authority, and is recorded with the customer. There are no files to move between programs and no manual reconciliation at the end of the month.

How do I manage sizes, colors and models without twenty cards for the same item?

They all sit on one product, each with its own barcode and quantity - a shirt size, a frame color or a sofa fabric. The list stays clean, and you order from the supplier exactly what ran out.

I have a warehouse and two branches. How does that work?

Each warehouse and branch has its own inventory and its own alerts. You transfer several items together, and both sides update and you see what was moved.

A customer wants something that isn't in stock right now. Can I record an order for them?

Yes, in their name. You record what they asked for, when they'll come to pick it up and when they pay - all upfront, as a deposit or on delivery. The order waits on the list until they collect it, and they get a message when it's ready.

Can I move products, barcodes and customers over from my current register?

We check the products, SKUs, barcodes, prices and customers in your current register. Before the move we also map sizes, colors and special details, so you know in advance what moves and where.

Your words

A clothing store says product.
An optical shop says room, too.

In clothing you track size and color, in food you track expiration, and in furniture you also track an item that's still on its way. Define the attributes that matter to your store and see what's on every shelf, in every warehouse and at every branch.
