KLOXA · Permissions and oversight
Sensitive details are protected.
And you know who saw what.
Each employee sees only what you gave them, and ID numbers and bank details open only with approval from your phone. Every action is logged - and no one, not even us, can change or delete the log.

One employee, from the start
From her first day
to the day she left.
This is how a new employee's path looks at a small insurance agency that holds the ID numbers and bank details of hundreds of customers. You decide once what she sees, and every attempt to go beyond it is logged.
Noa started working.
She sees only what you gave her.
You choose what she can do in each area - nothing, view only, edit or manage - and below it says exactly what each choice opens. Noa gets customers and the calendar, with no payroll and no full export.
Employee management
She tried to open an ID number.
She was stopped, and you know.
ID numbers, pay and bank details are always shown partially, and whoever is allowed opens them with approval from the phone. Whoever isn't allowed is stopped, and the attempt is logged.
Files and media
She exported a list to Excel.
The ID numbers didn't go with it.
Email and phone are exported partially, according to what she is allowed, and the ID number is hidden in every list. A full ID number comes out only from the reports, with separate approval.
Reports and analysis
Who changed the address?
One sentence answers.
Every action is logged as a simple sentence: who, what they did, to whom, from which screen and when. And no one can edit or delete that log - not you, not your employees and not us.
Information security
You removed her access.
Her next action was already blocked.
You close her access, and it takes effect immediately - without waiting and without asking her to log out. Everything she did up to today stays on record.
Employee management
Behind every login
What protects your customers.
Even on the inside.
No approval on every click
One approval from the phone is enough for continuous work, and it closes when you stop or log out.
Even the log doesn't expose
It records who opened which detail and when - but the detail itself, like the ID number, is never written there.
A screenshot reveals who took it
A sensitive file is displayed with the name and email of whoever is viewing it, and the date and time.
A sensitive folder protects what is inside
A file placed in a sensitive folder is protected too, and only someone who was given permission, with approval from the phone, can undo that.
Our team is limited too
KLOXA support staff see sensitive details in your business only during an open support case.
Your information stays yours
The data is stored in Israel, and every business is separated from the others - another business cannot reach your information.
The limits you set
Who sees what.
Down to the last detail.
The same rules apply to customers, employees, files and reports.
- Roles you build
- Four levels for every area
- See what each level opens
- Pay only for those you chose
- Sensitive details hidden
- Approval from the phone
- Closes when you log out
- Viewer name on the file
- Sensitive folder
- Export with partial details
- Full ID number only from reports
- A blocked attempt is logged
- A departed employee is blocked immediately
- Every business is separated
- A log that can't be changed
Can I give an employee access without them seeing salaries?
Yes, and it's one of the first things worth setting. Pay and sensitive details open separately, so you can give full access to the calendar and customers without opening up the money.
An employee left today. How fast is their access closed?
From their next action. The moment you removed their access, they can no longer open anything.
What is approval from the phone?
A one-time code that appears on your phone, like when you approve a bank transfer. It is required to open sensitive information - even for someone who is allowed to see it - and stays valid as long as you keep working continuously.
Why can't the log be corrected?
So you can rely on it when you need to find out what happened. Changes are kept with no time limit, and views for a period set in advance.
Know that everyone
sees only their own.
